Keep the remedies in a dry place at room temperature and away from any strong smells like perfume and essential oils used for aromatherapy. When administering them try to avoid handling them, tip them directly into the mouth. Mint toothpaste can antidote remedies. You can buy fennel and fruit flavoured toothpaste at most health shops or you can clean your teeth with salt or just brush. Don’t drink coffee, eat mints and menthol sweets, use inhalants of any strong aromatic oils, especially camphor if you want to get full benefit from the treatment. Tea is OK and spicy food isn’t a problem either; although reducing your caffeine intake will improve your health generally.
